Passionate and results-driven leader with 16+ years of combined education and experience in career coaching, proposal development, strategic business growth and creating pathways to sustainable success. Career portfolio of managed proposals yielded $1.5B+ in revenue. As a certified Career Coach, helped 100+ students and mid-level professionals achieve their employment goals.

Dr. Carlyn Payton
Dynamic Education and Training Manager with 14+ years of experience in strategic professional development. Provides coaching to managers and supervisors on effective tools and approaches for employee engagement, performance management, and career planning. Executes tactical human capital strategies and programs that align organization vision, critical pathways to success and fiscal year goals. Dr. Payton is a proud alumna of Americorps NCCC. After serving two terms, she later returned to the organization as staff. As the Assistant Director for Training, she was the lead for Professional Development for thousands of young adults age 18-24. She currently serves on the Board for Child First Authority of Baltimore.

Randy Billingsley
Successful business development professional with 25+ years of experience in comprehensive opportunity research and qualification, client/partner relationship management and sales, marketing support, developing strategic capture plans, and proposal management and coordination. Currently volunteers at the Resource Empowerment Centre (nonprofit), providing business development support to increase community visibility and grant funding.

Bonita Billingsley
Seasoned Program/ Project Manager with over 25+ years of success in managing, tracking and implementing projects, which include development of project charters/plans, configuration management plans, budget forecast, contract management, with excellent strong leadership skills. Successfully served as a board member for the Heritage Signature Choral in Washington D.C. for several years. Currently volunteers at the Resource Empowerment Centre (nonprofit), providing project management support for community programs and services.
